An example of Amy’s ability to help get your brand known? Amy relates one client's journey.

A well-established fine artist called me with the need to expand access to her work. COVID had shuttered the art shows she relied on for sales and was preventing clients from visiting her home gallery. Online efforts were not producing results. She knew where she wanted to be—selling!—but wasn't clear on how to get there. I created the strategy to get her into the online market. First, I organized all of her core elements for consistency—business name on website to site domain name and email address—so an integrated, cross-platform plan could be developed. I then created branding components that spoke clearly of her vision and values: formal logo, typeface, colour palettes, and presentation style. Finally, I conducted an audit of the areas that controlled her ability to move forward—e-commerce and social media—which led to specific and targeted improvements through tactics such as digital marketing campaigns and a gift card offering.

Within a week of project completion, she was experiencing results.

  • She was recognized by and engaging with prospective customers on social.

  • Her Google profile increased due to clear, consistent messaging.

  • Her website traffic took off.

  • Her business became known in the desired space and her sales soared.

Moving beyond digital to print, her product packaging, thank you cards, and logo stamp have all become an important part of the customer experience, while a business card and gift cards support her promotional efforts. We have since set up key parameters for future support to keep her selling and help her grow.

You deserve to be known.
We can help make that happen.

Working with Amy is so easy. Right away she understood exactly the
look and feel that our organization was hoping to achieve. Everyone LOVES the result. The feedback is that her design is 'brilliant' and 'fantastic'!
